Great location near the town center and parking available on-site. the room was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. We loved enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding hills from the balcony. Plus, the breakfast was really tasty and had a good variety of options.

The shower was really frustrating to use - water temperature was constantly shifting from too hot to too cold. the lack of soundproofing in the room led to constant noise disturbance from guests in the corridors and adjacent rooms.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with wonderful views over the fields. The location of the hotel is ideal, close enough to walk up the hill to the church of St. Francis and to Assisi center.

WiFi signal in the rooms could be improved.

We had a comfortable, clean room with a good view over the fields. The view of the Basilica of St. Francis from our window was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was good for us because it gave us easy and quick access to other parts of Umbria.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area outside the main city, providing an excellent view of the countryside. One can enjoy an open-air area with a playground and also a restaurant with good food in the evening. the staff is kind, and you get free parking. the spacious rooms have a simple decoration but fitting for the Franciscan ambiance. the breakfast is good, and the location is perfect for visiting the city.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel with stunning views of the city. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated, offering us the perfect atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

The hotel wasn't yet fully open, and we had a few inconveniences. The wifi was not working properly in our room, and we had to go to the foyer to use it.
